Description
The RSI Greenhouse Heating System is a permanently mounted electric heater for people who want to stop thinking about winter heat. It hangs from the ceiling or a high wall using a bracket which is adjustable (360°), with louvers you can tilt, so warm air goes where the cold collects instead of pooling around the heater. The floor and benches stay clear.
Set the thermostat and it holds that temperature, switching between its 2,500 W and 5,000 W settings as you choose and running the fan only when there’s heat to move. At full output it delivers about 17,000 BTU. A thermal cutout shuts it down if it ever overheats and restarts it when things cool, and the whole unit is UL listed.
Two things to plan for before you order. It needs its own 240 V circuit at 21 amps, wired by an electrician, so this is a heater you install once, not one you plug in. And it needs a solid mounting point at least 6′ up.
