Description
The Plant Caddietm Retractable Plant Pulley is a small retractable pulley that hangs between your hook and your plant, so a hanging basket comes down to you instead of you climbing up to it. Pull the brake cord and guide the pot down to a comfortable height; let go and the patented ratchet locks it there. To send it back up, pull the cord again and give the pot a gentle push.
That makes watering, feeding, and pruning a hanging basket a one-minute job instead of a stepladder job, and it lets you move a plant lower into winter light or higher out of summer sun without rehanging anything. It extends up to 42″, holds up to 8 lb, and is weatherproof, so it’s as at home under a greenhouse ridge or a porch roof as it is in a sunroom.
In an aluminum greenhouse, an Adjustable J-Hook or Eye Ring in the frame channel makes the ideal anchor.
