Can I order a greenhouse that is not shown on your website?
In most cases, yes. If you find a different model from Janssens, Hoklartherm, or Alton, we may be able to order it and add it to the next shipment.
Which brand offers the most customization?
Hoklartherm and Janssens currently offer some of the most customization options, but in different ways.
Hoklartherm offers a very wide range of structural options, accessories, and upgrades. Depending on the model, that can include things like dual-pane glass, multiple shading systems, large sliding doors, electrically operated walls or ventilation elements, and other specialty features. They also offer a variety of greenhouse styles and shapes, which makes them a strong fit for customers looking for a more tailored overall setup.
Janssens also offers excellent flexibility, especially when it comes to configuring the structure itself. One of their biggest advantages is their configurator, which makes it easier to explore different layouts and sizes. They can also accommodate very large structures, which is a major plus for bigger projects. Compared to Hoklartherm, though, they tend to offer fewer accessory and specialty add-on options.
Can you help me decide what’s realistic for my space?
Yes. That’s exactly what the planning call is for.
How long do custom greenhouse projects take?
Lead times vary by brand, model, and level of customization. We can give you a better estimate once we understand the project but I’d plan for 3 months at a minimum.
Should I email or book a call?
Either works. Email is great if you already have photos, dimensions, or inspiration. A planning call is best if you want to talk it through live.
Realistically, we’ll likely utilize both as some things are better in a conversation and others are better in writing.
